Jessica Schanbaum is a senior event planner at FedEx Office and has been with the company for more than six years. She loves to travel and scuba dive. Jessica says she eats, sleeps and drinks event planning, which in itself is all about creativity. From creating menus, themed events and activities, she believes every single detail counts and that it takes hours of imagination to plan an event. Jessica is also a budding foodie and enjoys trying new restaurants in the Dallas area with friends.
